Asimov Center is a human settlement in the County of Newton on Luna. The civilian sectors of the Asimov Center are connected to Luna OCS Academy via a series of tunnels and surface tubes. These tubes would often need to be guarded against civilian incursions onto academy grounds, and vice versa.[1]
