Cairo Station is an achievement in Halo 2 Vista and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It can be obtained by beating the level Cairo Station, on Normal, Heroic, or Legendary.Upon obtaining this achievement, it unlocks the Mark VI [GEN1] SCARRED armor in Halo 5: Guardians.

The Halo 2 Vista achievement is worth 30 Gamerpoints and is represented by the face of a Grunt.
