The UNSC Heavy Dropship is a United Nations Space Command atmospheric vehicle that appears in Halo Wars, and is capable of transporting and placing structures onto a Firebase. It was first seen in the 2006 cinematic annoucement, deploying vehicles to the surface, before appearing on numerous game play videos, deploying parts of a UNSC Firebase before appearing in the Field Trip to Harvest video, detaching from the UNSC Spirit of Fire and heading to the surface. They appear in rows of five on the forward wing like assembley. This however brings up the question how are they loaded up, unless the dropships are preloaded with firebase constructs.

The Heavy Dropship seems to have a similar design to the Albatross, but being much larger in size. The Heavy Dropship is equipped with four tilt rocket engines, providing it an excellent agility. Along with that, there is some kind of twisting Mechanism on the top at the back, which possibly twist to release its cargo. At the front is the large cockpit and at the back are the the three large engines, that provide propulsion. The dropship is exclusive to Halo Wars and has yet to be directly seen in any other Halo games.

The UNSC Heavy Dropship is a United Nations Space Command atmospheric vehicle that appears in Halo Wars, and is capable of transporting and placing structures onto a Firebase.[1] It was first seen in the 2006 cinematic annoucement, deploying vehicles to the surface, before appearing on numerous game play videos, deploying parts of a UNSC Firebase before appearing in the Field Trip to Harvest video, detaching from the UNSC Spirit of Fire and heading to the surface. They appear in rows of five on the forward wing like assembley. This however brings up the question how are they loaded up, unless the dropships are preloaded with firebase constructs.
