Death from the Grave is a multiplayer medal awarded in Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach, Halo 4 (as Kill from the Grave) and Halo 5: Guardians (as From the Grave) for killing an opponent after the player has died. The medal is not awarded immediately after the player has died; there is a brief waiting time between the player's death and the death of the opponent the player killed.

- On the Halo 3 map Orbital, if a player scores two "Death from the Grave" medals in a single online match, one will get the Post Mortem achievement.
- In the Halo: Reach Noble map pack, if a player scores a Double Kill from the Grave in an online match, one will get the Totally Worth It achievement. This is considered to be among the most difficult of the Noble map pack achievements.
