This article is about the ship seen in Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2 and Halo 2: Anniversary. For the other known type of CCS-class battlecruiser, see Ket-pattern battlecruiser.
The Elefen-pattern battlecruiser is a pattern of CCS-class battlecruiser, used by the Covenant during the Human-Covenant war.[1][Note 1]
Class History[]
An Elefen-pattern battlecruiser firing during Operation: WARM BLANKET.
Several Elefen-pattern battlecruisers were part of the Third Fleet of Glorious Consequence in 2544. They would attempt to fight SPARTAN-II soldiers during Operation: WARM BLANKET.[2]
Several Elefen-pattern battlecruisers were part of the Fleet of Particular Justice when the Fleet went to Installation 04.[3]
At least one Elefen-pattern was present at the Battle of Installation 05.[4]
Trivia[]
- In Halo: CE, the Truth and Reconciliation was depicted as an Elefen-pattern battlecruiser, but in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, it was a Ket-pattern battlecruiser.
- Halo: Warfleet later confirmed that canonically, it is of the Ket pattern.[5]
- The Zanar-pattern of light cruiser is a stable mutation of the much larger Elefen and Ket design patterns.[6]
