Eye Patch is a skull in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary.

This skull can be found on the other side of the Activation Index on the final platform. Make sure not to walk too close to the Index to prevent the mission from ending.
Effect[]
The auto aim feature is disabled for all players for all weapons, making it harder to hit enemies and make headshots.
