The Firebird medal is a medal that can be obtained in Halo: Reach.[1][2] It is awarded when a player is jetpacking and kills an enemy. This is different from the Pull medal, which is awarded for killing an airborne enemy.
Trivia[]
- This medal can be obtained by jetpacking just before the explosion occurs, So when a player fires a rocket while walking but jetpacks just before the rocket hits, the player still gets the medal. This of course is true for any other form of 'delayed killing' such as a grenade.
