The Flag Returned medal is awarded for returning your flag to your base. It is available only in Multiplayer CTF gametypes where touch return is enabled and has a Bungie difficulty rating of 1 (out of 10). It is represented by a green circular medal with a flag.
Note: This medal does not show up during the game, just in the post-game lobby.
