Heal Up is an Achievement in Halo 3: ODST. It is obtained by finding a Health kit and healing. It is worth 5 Gamerpoints. This is most likely the first achievement you'll get in the game.
It is represented by a red square with a lighter shade of red circle within, and the medical symbol of snakes encircling a pole with wings.
