In the Halo 2 level The Armory, a Hidden Cigar can be found on the floor.
Walkthrough
As soon as you get off the elevator with Sergeant Avery J. Johnson, look around to the right. The cigar is behind the same trash can which hides the Thunderstorm Skull.
