Joe Dinunzo is the president and CEO of 4orty2wo Entertainment, the company that produced ilovebees, the mini game that was a precursor and promotional tool for Halo 2.

A senior management executive with more than twenty years of experience selling and leading initiatives for corporate and client enterprises, Joe directs 4orty2wo's day-to-day operations and oversees client and partner relationships.

Joe started his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble in 1984, where he led marketing and product launch campaigns for a number of paper division product lines.

In 1988, Joe joined management consultancy of Booz Allen & Hamilton, where as Principal he sold and directed engagements in product and brand positioning, marketing strategy, and operations optimization for clients in the consumer products, retailing, and services industries.

In 1993 Joe joined Walt Disney Imagineering, where he served as SVP of New Product Development, and led design, technology, and business teams in the creation of theme parks, regional retail and entertainment centers, and a wide variety digital media initiatives.

In 1999, Joe became CEO of, a digital media studio he co-founded with Jerry Bruckheimer, Brad Grey, and Bill Gross. At, Joe directed the development, production, and distribution of over 500 hours of entertainment content for Internet and television markets.

Joe has an AB from Harvard University and an MBA from Stanford University. He and his wife Dr. Liz Stelow (DVM) and twins Ainsley & Rowan share their living space with many many animals.”
