Killer Instinct, also known as Killer Instinct 3 or Killer Instinct (2013), is a fighting video game developed by Double Helix Games and Iron Galaxy Studios, supervised by Rare Ltd., and published by Microsoft Studios.

Season 3

An Arbiter appears as a guest character in the third season of Killer Instinct. This Arbiter is unnamed, and described as an amalgamation of elements of past Arbiters and other Sangheili warriors, most heavily borrowing traits from Thel 'Vadam's appearance in Halo 5.[1] He wears the same Kaidon armor (complete with energy shielding), and he is equipped with the Prophets' Bane, a Type-51 Carbine, and a set of Plasma Grenades. He also has an unlockable "retro costume" available, which equips the Arbiter in Thel 'Vadam's armor from Halo 2 and gives him a Type-1 Energy Sword. Various other Sangheili armors can also be unlocked or bought as equippable cosmetics. The Arbiter is voiced by Ray Chase.
