The M1024 ASW/AC 30mm ALA Cannon is a UNSC projectile weapon mounted on single ship starfighters.[1] A pair of M1024 ASW/AC 30mm ALA Cannons are mounted on the YSS-1000 "Sabre" near the cockpit, and are its main armament. The weapon is capable of destroying a T27 "Banshee Interceptor" EMRF with only a few shots, and can easily take down the shields of a T31 "Seraph" EMRF.
