A 'mini' Skirmisher can be found on the Halo: Reach Campaign level, Winter Contingency. There is a small Skirmisher on the rooftop near the beginning of the level, the building you need to Sprint towards. When approaching the building go to the right, there must be two players to jump onto the roof. One player must get as close to the ledge of the roof, another must jump off the cliff. The other player must back away as soon as the other one respawns and you will spawn on top of the building. On top of the roof there might be a small Skirmisher Champion that will not harm you. You can assassinate the Skirmisher which will drop a Needle Rifle, and the small body will be stretched.
