The Parabola-class freighter was a human cargo starship classification used for interplanetary, as well as interstellar shipping.[1]

Class History

In 2525, the Laden would prove to be an instrumental ship in Operation: TALON. The ship would inadvertently deliver SPARTAN-II Blue Team to Eridanus secundus. Using cargo from the ship, they captured Colonel Robert Watts.[2]

Design

Considered a simple design, the Parabola-class featured rotating sections and large storage bays for either supplies or water. The total amount of cargo they could carry could support a small city.[3]
