Maria-062 flies with a parafoil.
A parafoil is a triangular parachute in the shape of an airfoil, which is similar to the shape of the wings of a glider or an airplane. SPARTAN-IIs on descent from low-orbit or Jump Jets may use them to land safely on the planet's surface instead of using HEVs.[1]
Maria-062 used a parafoil while testing the MJOLNIR Mark VI armor.
Operation[]
The parafoils are most likely made from extremely strong materials, as it would take extremely durable materials to hold over 1,000 pounds of armor and an additional 200 pound soldier in the air.
