The Phased Spirit Glitch is a glitch that affects Spirits in Halo: Reach.

An example of the glitch

The glitch makes some Spirits pass through the terrain as if they were phased like the items in Forge, hence the name. This glitch is rarely seen because it only happens with errant Spirits that pass into an area that they would not normally be in. This glitch can become especially annoying when the Spirit passes through the ground only to rise up under you and carry you into a death barrier.
