Warrant Officer Quinn was an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper attached to the UNSC Spirit of Fire's 9th Shock Troopers Battalion. She was the technical liason to Sunray 1-1 of Boomerang Company under the command of Major Vaughan.[1][2]
