A repulsor engine is low-level propulsion device used by Covenant starships.
Repulsor engines use stacked tidal gravity generators which "push" or "pull" the ship in a desired vector.[1] This produces quantum fluctuations, leaving a wake that can affect nearby personnel and ships.[2]
