Rojka 'Kaasan was a Sangheili fleetmaster of the Unwavering Discipline and kaidon of the city-state of Rak on the planet Carrow. [1]
Biography[]
After the global destruction of his homeworld, Glyke, in 2552, 'Kasaan led a small fleet to the planet Carrow. Where they founded a Sangheili colony in the ruins, near the Uldt Desert on the former human world. Following the return of human civilians after the Human-Covenant war, 'Kasaan allowed them to claim half of the planet for themselves, not wishing a war.[2]
