Updating the Cryptum Page Edit
Now that Halo Cryptum has been out for about 4 days, is it ok to update the page with a plot synopsis? In addition, what about updating the relevant pages, such as the Forerunner, the Flood and Humanity pages, as well as creating pages for the new characters and information? Or should I wait a few weeks before updating and adding new pages?
- I don't see why you shouldn't be able to as long as you put spoiler warnings around the relevant sections. Then people will have no excuse for being spoiled and those who do want more info will have access to it. This is just my opinion though. I don't know if Halopedia has an official waiting period for this sort of thing. --Mayhemm 03:25, January 9, 2011 (UTC)
- I definitely agree with you. Considering that it has been about 3 weeks now, I was really expecting it to be done. I think that I will reread the book and modify relevant pages as I go.--bobbaganoosh 00:31, January 25, 2011 (UTC)

Plot Synopsis readability Edit
I would have liked to have done a bit more editing but, having not read the book, I was hesitant to actually change information. However, I corrected a number of grammar errors, possibly a spelling error at one point, and changed a number of style and readability issues: overuse of "known as" where followed by an actual given name, content that was simply a duplication of a linked page, and various unnecessary but technically correct words and phrases.
