Movie or Reach trailer?Edit

I'm not actually sure it this belongs here but whatever. On the TV, I've seen a commercial for the the "Samsung" (?) cell phone with an integrated screen and blah blah blah. The commercial began with a SPARTAN in the desert with an alien aircraft attacking him. It was live action and when he got into another craft, he was wearing a MJOLNIR Mk VI suit. I don't know if its a false referance to HALO but it seems a little too high budget to be a simple phone comercial. This suggested that it was a new REACH ad, yet I haven't found anything on it here. Is this a scene from the (potentially) upcoming movie? Or is it just a phone ad that made a brief and unimportant Halo referance?--Werefang Lotus02.jpg [T/W] 13:08, August 31, 2010 (UTC)

The later. Why? Firstly: MJOLNIR mark VI isn't usable in Halo: Reach. Secondly: there is no Halo Movie (check the timeline on its page).-- Forerunner 13:45, August 31, 2010 (UTC)
At the rate the trailers come they have to make a movie. Thats all we're asking of Bungie right now. Sure, they've finished with the games just make the blinkin' movie and be done with it!!!!! (Mastrownage0620 20:59, October 12, 2010 (UTC))

Hahaha! it's hilarious you mention this. The commercial is actually for the Samsung Galaxy 4(?). And the guy in the commercial IS dressed up almost exactly like Master Chief. But the rest is just random space stuff they put in to look cool. Samsung is currently under investigation for copyright infringement against Microsoft. It must have some weight if it's confusing people like this.--Nerfherder1428 12:29, October 13, 2010 (UTC)

To the message by forerunner: But that's where you're wrong my friend, (I actually haven't met you, but whatever.) look at the febuary 2011 section of the timeline. User:starkiller510

Halo Faith and Operation Chastity Edit

Should they really be mentioned on this page? Aren't they just fan-made films? I was under the impression this page was for an official Halo movie--Soul reaper 12:38, April 18, 2011 (UTC)

Yep, they are fan films, and I don't feel like they should be mentioned in this manner. They should have a section on the page for themselves in some way, or not be there at all. Furthermore, may I add that Faith was cancelled this year due to Microsoft believing the project to be a threat, and due to the director and the rest of the crew not being able to restablish a proper distributor and such...? --Luka1184 (talk) 00:40, October 20, 2012 (UTC)
