Massive Battles[]
Personally I think this mode will contain more players than any other halo game and it will focus on attacking or defending, what do you think ? Heroicpotatoe 18:24, March 5, 2010 (UTC)
Could be, might be similar to firefight or might an advance version of firefight we'll just have to see Incorruptible 15:27, March 8, 2010 (UTC)
The player cap is still 16, regardless of what you may thing 76.211.2.221 02:22, April 16, 2010 (UTC)

Variants[]
Actually in the trailer there was Invasion and then later there was Invasion Slayer so its actually two variants that were shown. I think we should change the article to reflect that. Guardians-117 03:00, March 11, 2010 (UTC)
- Invasion Slayer is an alternate form of Invasion; that is to say, you're just playing as either Elites or Spartan and killing each other. Nothing to it really as it is basically slayer. The default gametype is Invasion.Sketchist 00:49, April 27, 2010 (UTC)
In final game?[]
I have noticed this article, and the Halo: Reach article conflict. This article says that Invasion will only be playable in the beta, and the Halo: Reach one says it will be in the final game.
Will it be in the final game? —This unsigned comment is made by 92.232.135.111 (talk • contribs) . Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Suggestion[]
Just a suggestion (a stupid one) but can we create a walkthrough to how to create a proper custom Invasion variant? Even I find the options sophisticated. // SPARTAN-A110 talk gallery guestbook 14:51, October 3, 2010 (UTC)
The "Glitch"[]
About the "glitch", for me, it happens if I spawn after the end of the game. Else, it's probably networking.

Original Gametype[]
There is a gametype called "Invasion" on Halo: Combat Evolved. Can't anyone post something about that one in this or another page?
Objective Gates[]
I know that it is possible to make objects appear after an objective is achieved but is there a way to prevent an object from appearing until after an objective is achieved? Jedijam91 03:24, April 8, 2011 (UTC)
if you tag them as "invasion: vehicle" they will do so. But be careful: it will be featured from that point on for the rest of the time. For example, the warthog in invasion: Spire is featured in phase 2, but it is featured in phase 3 even if it spawns only once. i think the same goes if you tag them as weapons.
But thinking about it, it seems a lot like you asked the same question twice xD what you have to do is basically set the right tag and choose the phase they will spawn (phase 1-2-3, you can even set phase 4 or 5... i think up to 30, but it's useless on invasion).Yubbo 10:33, August 4, 2011 (UTC)
