Would the ENGCORP not also be responsable for the other military engineering work for the UNSC like the building of bases and fortifications, as the SeaBees do for the US Navy? They should also be responsable for work like clearing mine fields, unexploded ordenence disposal, post conflict reconstruction etc. Just a thought. Grandpa was a Royal Canadian Engineer; he drove a buldozer in WW2.
