This is my Rifle, this is my Gun is an achievement in Halo 4^[1] and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is obtained by carrying a UNSC weapon all the way through the campaign mission Forerunner on Heroic or harder.

Trivia[]

The title of this achievement is a direct quote from the movie Full Metal Jacket.^[2]
- This is a song for cadence that goes "This is my rifle, this is my Gun. This is for fighting, this is for fun."
The easiest way to get this achievement is to carry the assault rifle, with or without ammo, throughout the whole mission.
