Tough Luck is a Halo 3 Campaign Achievement. It is earned when the player finds the Tough Luck Skull. This Achievement gives 10 Gamerpoints to the player.
It is represented by a blue circle with a skull in the middle. The skull has a clover on its forehead. Behind it are smaller dark-blue skulls.
Effect: Enemies will become extremely difficult to shoot at, and will dodge grenades and vehicles with greater success.
