The Unnamed Receptionist works at the UNSC HIGHCOM Facility Bravo-6 in Sydney, Australia on Earth. She is a young Chief Petty Officer[1] who Lieutenant Wagner thought may have known about the secret of the Fall of Reach, despite it currently reported as active, due to increased security measures and hopeless faces on high-ranking officers.[2] Because of her perceptiveness and otherwise whimsical appearance,[1] Wagner thought she could be recruited into ONI Section Three.[3]
